Any coach interested in coaching within the LEFA program must sign up during player registration.  The factors that will be considered in selecting coaches in accordance with LEFA Bylaws will be as follows: 

• General character and conduct
• Satisfactory background return
• Past conduct in LEFA
• Coaching knowledge and experience
• Other criteria agreed upon by the Governing Board of Officers 

All appointed coaches are required to attend any meetings directed by LEFA.
All coaches must undergo and submit 2 PA state required volunteer clearances which are free to obtain for volunteers.
All Tackle Football Coaches must obtain CDC Heads Up Concussion Certification as well as Mandated State Reporter Certification.
