The Littlestown Elementary flag football program is designed to teach players age 5 through 8 (Grades K-3) the fundamentals of football while having fun. To play flag football a player must be 5 years old and entering Kindergarten. Every player will have a chance to play every position throughout the season. Football is a game that can last a lifetime providing years of fun and fitness. We are always looking for parents/adult volunteers to get involved in our football program, if you are interested in coaching or volunteering please let us know.  LEFA abides by a strict Code of Conduct policy. Coaching Opportunities

We are always looking for parents/adult volunteers to help by coaching a football team.  We hope you will consider helping our LEFA Football Program by coaching or volunteering. If interested, please send an email to [email protected]. Please note, football knowledge and background is a MUST. Also, there is a section in the online registration program to volunteer/coach.

When and Where are Games?

There will be 8 regularly scheduled games during the fall season. All games are played on Saturdays starting  at 10:00am Games usually last about 1 hour. Littlestown flag teams play surrounding schools in York and Adams counties. 

When and Where are Practices?

Practices will start mid August. All practices are held at the Littlestown High School field hockey practice fields. Teams will practice 2 evenings a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) from 6-8pm.

Game Cancellations

Games are cancelled for lightning and/or flooded fields. Games are cancelled by coaches and directors. Your team director will contact you when a game is cancelled. Games that have played 2 full quarters will not be rescheduled. The final score stands.

Registration Fees

Registration for Flag Football is $60 per player. Your registration fee includes a football flags, game pants, game jersey, socks and a mouth guard. Parents will need to provide cleats with rubber spikes. All participants are expected to fundraise. If you choose not to fundraise there is a mandatory buy-out of $40 per athlete.

How do I Register?

Registration is open every year from April through May for the following fall season. (Dates may be subject to change) Check our Facebook for most updates. (@LEFALittlestownElementaryFootballAssociation). You will need to register for a household account. This will enable you to register your child in various programs and you will then be able to receive emails from LEFA about upcoming registration and other important events. Payment is due at the time of registration (if mailing a check - it is due within one week) or your child will be placed on a waiting list until we receive payment. Please click HERE to go to registration.
